Booking your accommodation directly with a Penticton hotel or B&B should be your first priority, if you are even ‘contemplating’ coming to the SPAADS-2010-Reunion. Booking airline reservations can wait for awhile, as can the decision as to whether to extend your visit to BC in order to travel, take a cruise, or visit old SPAADS friends. Your Reunion Committee strongly urges SPAADS Members to make their accommodation reservations as early as possible in 2009. In most cases you can book directly on-line through the links provided in our website.

The beautiful Penticton Lakeside Resort & Conference Center is the focus of our 2010 SPAADS Reunion. Accordingly, 167 rooms were pre-booked and reserved for SPAADS Members on a first-call basis. Unfortunately, a smaller medical conference pre-booked the Lakeside before SPAADS, tying up some rooms and pre-booking ¼ of the Conference Center for Saturday evening 11 Sep 2010. So, rather than share diminished space, your Committee switched our booking of the Conference area to Friday 10th, so that we could have exclusive use of the main ballroom for our Gala Banquet & Dance. The setting is outstanding , so book early. Note: As of 4 Aug 2009, the Lakeside is "booked out" and 300 Attendees have already committed themselves to our SPAADS 2010 Reunion. Reservation requests are now being re-directed to the excellent Ramada Inn.

Alternative accommodation has also been pre-booked at the Penticton Ramada, which is also a lovely hotel along the river with a great layout. 50 rooms have been reserved there and more will be added as necessary.
