Wineries Around Penticton
The Okanagan is home to 99 wineries and 3,000 hectares (7,400 acres) of vineyards that produce some of the finest wines in the world. Penticton is located in the centre of this legendary Wine Country of British Columbia that encompasses Naramata, Summerland, Kelowna, Osoyoos, and Oliver where over 80 percent of BC’s wine grapes are grown. Almost all wineries in the Okanagan are less than an hour’s drive in any direction from Penticton.

Canal Float
One of the major attractions of Penticton, is the canal from Okanagan Lake to Skaha Lake. You can take your own float or just rent one and go for the few kilometers float from one lake to another.
